Another Scandal in NADRA

Chairman of National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) has ordered to investigate against Afghan national Rooh Ullah who was designated on the post of Junior Executive. However Chairman of NADRA has also dismissed Rooh Ullah from his post due to his alleged corruption in the organization.

Local media sources have claimed that Rooh Ullah was appointed on the post of Junior Executive in NADRA on 27^th April in 2007 by taking heavy bribe. On the other hand, Rooh Ullah who has been working in NADRA since 8 years also made Pakistani National Identity Cards (NIC) of his seven family members during the time of his deployment.

Meanwhile NADRA’s sources said that Chairman of NADRA dismissed this Afghan national from the organization as soon as noted in the media and ordered for investigation against him. However it will be revealed after investigation that who deployed Afghan national in key organization of the country and with whom help he made fool to the authorities.

It is worth mentioning here that it is not the first time that any scandal appeared against NADRA as earlier NADRA has also accused for several corruption cases in the organization. Some of the higher officials of the organization have also found in alleged corruption due to which several cases are filed against NADRA.
