ANP Tariq Tareen Arrested From Gulistan-e-Jauhar, Karachi

Karachi: Awami National Party (ANP) local leader Tariq Tareen was arrested by Rangers officials. After his arrest some people burnt vehicles, carts and tyres near Rabia City in Gulistan-e-Jauhar. Nearby shops, markets and businesses were forced to shut down.

A panic was seen in the Block 13 of Gulistan-e-Jauhar where Rabia City is located. Police failed to maintain law and order in the area as unkwnown men started aerial firing which causes fear among residents.

Tariq Tareen is President of Sindh chapter of Pukhtoon Students Federation (PSF). PSF is student wing of the Awami National Party (ANP). Tariq Tareen is student of Federal Urdu University, Karachi. ANP local leaders have condemned the action of Rangers and have demanded immedtaite rlease of Tariq Tareen.
