Lahore: APML senior vice-president Ahmed Raza Kasuri has said that the government by approving the contempt case from the National Assembly has been depicting its faulty decisions, which is creating troublesome situations among the institutions of the country.
The country is now heading to another big crisis. The new elections are nowhere to be seen in the year 2014, the Vice – President spoke. Mr.Kasuri said that Parliament holds the lawful right to make constitutions but the change in the constitution planning for the sake of protecting few people has been challenged in the Supreme Court. Supreme Court as being a powerful governing body using its constitutional authorities can term it baseless, he suggested.
He said that by approving the contempt case from the National Assembly the government has made Parliament and Supreme Court works challenging. By taking this decision, the government has proved that it is nearing to its ruling period, the APML President further said.
