APMSO Sarfaraz Ahmed Calls For NCC Training

Chairman of All Pakistan Muttahida Student Organization (APMSO), Sarfaraz Ahmed has called for NCC training. In his statement issued to Pakistani print and electronic media regarding terrorist attacks on various education institutions including Bacha Khan University and Army Public School Peshawar, Sarfaraz Ahmed has said that all of us are ready and united against the terrorism. He said that we must have to fight with unity against the terrorism in our country. Sarfaraz Ahmed said that every single child of our country is committed and enthusiastic to fight against terrorism.

While giving his suggestion to counter terrorism in the country, Chairman APMSO said that there is a need of growing defensive capabilities for our youth in educational institutions. He said that APMSO is demanding that regular arrangements of National Cadet Corps training should be re-launched in all the colleges and universities, as it was before 2002. Sarfaraz Ahmed has demanded that it should be immediately started in all the educational institutions of Pakistan including Karachi. He also said that this type of training is provided to the students in different countries of the world.

It is to be noted that the Government of Pakistan was looking to revive National Cadet Corps program in educational institution, but for some unspecified reasons it has not been finalized yet.
