Zardari anaugrated biggest filtered plantAsia’s biggest water filtration plant has been inaugurated by former president Asif Ali Zardari in Thar which aims to produce filtered water and electricity to more than 80 villages. RO filter plant will provide two million gallons filtered water per day as well as it will also provide 1 Megawatt electricity to Mithi People which will be the greatest gift for Tharparkar people who are deprived from clean water.

It is also important to highlight here that Sindh government is aiming to fit almost 700 reverse osmosis (RO) water filter plants in different villages of Tharparkar. Construction of the plants to be completed by June 2015, so that clean drinking water could provide to every village. Ex-President Asif Ali Zardari advised to implement solar plants in Islam Kot, Nagar Parker, Dyplu and Dhali and said that we are trying to shift tube wells of all province into solar system.

However, People of Thar are looking for the completion of this solar project as soon as possible PPP only inaugurates different projects as no positive result come into view which can bring change in the life of needy people. It is very easy to inaugurate helpful projects for people but only positive output can solve basic problems of poor people. PPP should also work for the progressive outcomes through which their aim can be completed in a rightful manner. Now let’s see RO filtration plant is a ray of hope for people or just an illusion.
