Recently two suspected robbers were arrested by police in bank heists case. City SSP Adeel Hussain Chandio told that the suspect confessed to 200 robberies in Karachi.
He was arrested eight times on charges of robberies and was sent to jail but every time he was released on bail.
This same happens in mobile snatching cases that if any snatcher is arrested he is released on bail and he starts mobile snatching again.
