Sardar Bahadur Khan Maikan is a politician in 16th Punjab Assembly belonging to constituency PP-38 (Sarghoda-XI). He is affiliated with Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) led by Muhammad Nawaz Sharif. His current official position is a Member of Agriculture, he has also served at official positions previously as a Member of District Council from the year 1998-1999, Nazim Union Council No 58 in Local Government from 2000-2001 and Tehsil Nazim Shahpur (Sarghoda) in Local Government from 2001-2005. He believes in social justice and welfare for all people. He has always raised the concerns of his community at government doors.
Sardar Bahadur Khan Maikan has attained the degree of Bachelor of Arts and by profession he is an agriculturist. His father Muhammad Nazir Khan is also a respectable personality of his community. He is living a happy and cheerful married life with his family and has raised three children who are obedient and dutiful. He has been an active voice for the rights of agricultural community and agricultural reforms. He has travelled to United Kingdom in 2012 for attending the graduation ceremony oh his son.
