Bomb Blast In Parachinar Kills 22 And Injures Dozens

A blast occurred on Friday morning at a busy market in Parachinar which killed 5 people and wounded at least 40 others. Noor market is a busy place in Parachinar where thousands of people come daily for purchasing.

Political agent of the area Ikramullah Khan confirmed that a blast has occurred in the area and confirmed that at least 5 people have been killed.

It is feared that numbers of dead will increase as severely wounded people will die in hospitals because of poor health facilities.

Government Administrator said that the dead bodies and the injured people are being transported to nearest hospitals. Earlier this year another market was targeted which resulted in deaths of 24 people.
