Dear Cantonment Board Clifton, With all due respect I Agha Sheraz Khan residing in 5th lane of Khy-e-Badar phase 6 would like to complain about an issue which is of an on going nature. The gutters in our street gets chocked every other day and start to overflow and the whole street gets flooded with piss and shit.
This makes our streets stink and the stench gets in our home even to the extent of our living rooms. It is an embarrassment in front of our guests. This dirty water seeps into the road as well as the concrete of our drive way at the entrance making them both damaged and cracked.
This long standing dirty water is giving birth to numerous bacteria and mosquitoes making us and our loved ones sick. Every time when this situation takes place a gutter cleaner is sent who just removes the blockade and after a couple of days the same issue returns back.
We are already disappointed from the cantonment board but this issue is unbearable. Being a regular tax payer of this society I demand that something should be done of this issue which is a source of constant annoyance.
Kindly anyone who has a little honesty and loyalty towards his duty should look into this matter and resolve this ASAP.
