Many people don’t change their bed sheets more many weeks and sleep on the same bed sheet because it looks clean, they don’t know how many bacteria and germs are on that apparently clean bed sheet.

  • Some people also eat snacks and breakfasts on their bed sheets which makes it a great place for dangerous bacteria and viruses.
