China Clay: Commercially significant deposits of China Clay have been found at Shah Dari, Swat District, NWFP. Other occurrences
of China Clay have been found at Nagar Parkar, Tharparkar District, Sindh, and in some parts of Hazrat District and Malakand Division. Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
Chromite: This is the only commercial ore for obtaining chromium metal, and the only metallic mineral that Pakistan produces and exports.
Rich deposits of chromite are found in Muslim Bagh in Balochistan. Small deposits of chromite have also been found in district of Chagi, Karan (Balochistan), Naran, Malakand, Kohat, Muhammad & North Waziristan Agencies (Khyber Pakhtunkhwa).
Fire Clay: Extensive deposits of Fire Clay occur in Salt Range & Kala Chitta Range areas of Sargodha & Rawalpindi Division Punjab. These deposits are being exploited for preparing FB.
