Chinese President’s Visit To Pakistan: 51 Agreements Signed

Nawaz Sharif and Chinese President Xi JinpingIslamabad: After the visit of Chinese President Xi Jinping visited to Pakistan on Monday, 51 new agreements got signed between Pakistan and China in which eight of them have been inaugurated. Nawaz Sharif told the media that the two countries have signed 51 agreements as provinces will get immense benefits with the help of Economic Corridor.

According to the reports, Chinese president declared Pakistan as ‘Strategic Partner’ during a joint press conference with Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif. President Xi Jinping said during press conference that China appreciates anti-terrorism actions of Pakistan and Chine’s help in this regard will continue. He said that Pakistan and China have a common future and the purpose of the visit is to strengthen Pakistan-China friendship. It is my first visit to Pakistan and I am glad to meet with the Pakistani leadership. At this event, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif also declared Chinese President Xi Jinping as a good friend and brother of Pakistan.

On the other hand, Nawaz Sharif also said that Pakistan wants friendship with all neighboring countries while Pakistan and China ties got increase despite regional changes. However according to the statement of 8 projects have been launched and foundation has been laid of 5 projects of energy.
