Christian community Led Protest Against Bombing At Churches

Chiristian community's protestLahore: Christian community led a protest on the streets of Faisalabad, Lahore and Gujranwala while condemning deadly violence of terrorists on churches in Lahore in which 15 people died and more than 75 people got injured. According to the details, Christian community led a protest on Mondayoutside two churches in Lahore, in Peshawar against Taliban’s attack on two churches on Sunday as large number of people from Christian community were presented.

The people were chanting slogans while holding posters in their hands as well as also prayed during the rally for the victims of the attack who lost their lives for no reason. The protestors were demanding peace in the country and demanded to government to take urgent action against this incident as soon as possible while claiming that government do nothing for the protection of people. The two victimized churches named as the Roman Catholic Church and Christ Church islocated near Youhanabad neighbourhood in Lahore.

However, a clash was also seen between the protestors and police as protestors thrown stones and stick at the cars of the police due to which police had to carry bamboo sticks during demonstration. In this clash, one protestors also died as well as several also got injured at Ferozpur Road.
