How To Clean Our Lungs From Toxins Naturally?

lungsIn this age of pollution our lungs become greatly affected by the polluted air and environment which may cause problems, infections and diseases. That’s why we should clean our lungs after few months to remove toxins and harmful germs which may cause infection.

Before cleaning your lungs you should stop taking any dairy product because it produces components which will make it difficult for us to remove toxins.

At least for two days do not use dairy products and drink green tea at night. Then in morning squeeze 2 lemons in water and drink it before breakfast. In breakfast drink 300 ml pineapple juice which is rich in natural antioxidants.
