The country biggest issues is the presence of non uniform educationist system, the institution modeled on western education system is actually run by a private sector that charge fees that a ordinary citizen cant afford , so essentially these institution utilized by the elite class(politicians, business class).
On the other hand health care is also affected in Pakistan. In fact many citizens believe that the police are the most corrupt sector and the sport sector of Pakistan is also standing in a queer in the name of sport fixing scandal.
