CPLC Parking Lot Must Be Converted Into Parking Plaza Near City Court, Karachi

I was jammed in rush and was looking for parking when I went to City Court, Karachi. I didn’t find parking there and I was looking to park my car inside the premises of city court but a security official told me that parking is not allowed in the city court and one has to go to the back side of city court to the space of Sindh High Court which (Citizens-Police Liaison Committee (CPLC) used for car parking) parking lot to park his/her vehicle.

A person told me that The CPLC used to pay 3.5 million rupees to the Sindh High Court, whose space they used for parking but SHC administrative judge Justice Maqbool Baqar told the CPLC to give 75 per cent of their parking space to the city courts and they will not take 3.5 million rupees.

I think if this parking lot is converted into four or five floor parking plaza than it will entertain four to five times more vehicles than now and it will also ease the parking pressure. It is hope that Government of Sindh and SHC deal on this issue and solve the parking problems present in that area.
