a. Testified cotton seeds must be exempted from the General Sales Tax.
b. Flat rate of electricity in the villages should be adopted & the electric matters should be fixed.
c. Import duty on the second hand tractors must be lowered down.
d. Tractors must be provided to the farmers on concessional prices.

e. Amount of agricultural loans must be enhanced.
f. Increase in agricultural loans ceiling.
g. Rate of the interest paid on these loans should be reduced.
h. More loan giving agencies must be established for distribution of the loans in the agricultural sector.
i. The small farmers should also be given the loans in production to the big cultivators.
j. The government should allocate more amounts for the agriculture research.
k. Effective programmes should be launched for plant protection.
