Injustice leads to disintegration of the nation through social conflict. Justice individual, social, political and economic is the only institution that can save a nation from falling apart. An environment of fair deal at all levels should be created so that nothing lies beyond the reach of the long hand of justice.
To put the society on path of justice, dispensation of justice should be in every field. In individual case it should serve to protect the life, property and honour of citizens. He should not be made to run from door to door to beg for justice.
It should be one-window services. Its second dimension caters for the country’s economic development which would not be possible without ensuring social justice.
