According to the details, Zaid Hamid arrested from Makkah almost 3 weeks ago and then he was shifted to an unknown place for further investigation over blasphemy charges over him. It is worth mentioning here that Zaid Hamid criticized Saudi Arabia on the issue of Yemen and also blamed them for providing financial support to Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
On the other hand, reports are also saying that Zaid Hamid was with his wife Tayyaba Bukhari during his Saudi Arabia’s trip as his wife made efforts to get rid his husband from the custody of Saudi’s policy. However she was unsuccessful to get her husband Zaid Hamid out from this matter and went to Pakistan on the expiration of her visa. It is saying that Tayyaba Bukhari is all set to meet with higher authorities in order to get her husband out from the custody of Saudi’s police.
