He also said that with support of ISI Haqqani network militants carried an attack on US Embassy in Kabul. Mike Mullen has openly condemned ISI act and its support to Haqqani network.
But it is still not sure that whether this attack was supported by ISI or not but most of the American military officials believes that it was ISI who planned the truck bomb attack. However ISI has rejected this claim and reports in media have said that ISI never do these type of acts.
