Muhammad Arif Yousuf Jeewa Chairman of the Association of Builders and Developers of Pakistan (ABAD said that we want to develop affordable housing scheme and lesser cost residence unit. That’s why we are requesting from concerned authority to allow import of building machineries and its materials.
Mr. Jeewa told that FBR should also consider valuation rates of property which is creating negative impact on pace of construction activities. This industry was going on boom regarding real estate trading activities of sale and purchase but now standstill from July 2016.
Opinion:
Federal and provincial government should sit together and establish balance valuation system as well as reduce tax ratio. It will create a great positive impact on the economy of Pakistan.
Banks, Pakistan Industrial Development Corporation (PIDC), Development Financial Institution (DFI) House Building Finance Company (HBFC) and other institution should provide loan easily.
