Karachi: Helmet Wala Robber who used to loot people especially couples at the Sea View beach has been killed at Sea View beach on Sunday in a police encounter. According to the details, a robber who used to wear helmet was commonly known as Helmet Wala Robber caught at the Sea View by police who were trying to arrest him.
According to Clifton SP Fida Hussain Janwari, Helmet Wala Robber opened fire on the policemen when they tried to arrest him as he was trying to flee under the cover of fire well. After that police also started to shot him and in this process, he killed on the spot. Helmet Wala Robber used to come for breakfast at Do Darya daily where he was allegedly involve in robbing as lots of robbery incidents had been reported by the people who had become victim of Helmet Wala Robber. It is pertinent to mention that police has killed another unidentified suspect on Sunday in an encounter in DHA who was also involve in robbing in the Do Darya area near Sea View.
Many robbery incidents have been emerged in the past recent months at Do Darya due to which it has become dangerous spot as people have started to avoid Do Darya.
