Controlling and preventing pollution has become a Universal problem. The World Health Organization (WHO) has held several conferences and suggestions, recommendations were made, resolutions were passed but the public response is very poor and as a result Atmospheric/Air pollution and temperature are increasing due to urbanization and industrialization which are increasing at an alarming rate.
Further the rapid increase of population lack of nutritive food, poverty and disease; the Third World countries are confronted with acute health problems. The industrially advanced countries are not paying serious attention to control air and water pollution and even they are increasing the radio activity in atmosphere.
