Sindh Minister for Local Government and Katchi Abadis Muhammad Hussain Khan has said said that we are trying hard since his ministry to solve the problems at immediate level and deliver efficient municipal services to the people of Sindh.
Further he told that Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (HMC) and Hyderabad Development Authority (HDA) are not performing their duties in proper way. That’s why in different parts of Hyderabad residents are facing many problems.
According to the report Hyderabad and other parts of Sindh has remained a victim of official neglect as it has not receiving proper attention by Sindh and federal government. Especially Hyderabad district rehabilitation system has failed owing to which leakage, seepage and drainage problem is increasing day by day. In many places Water and Sewerage Authority (WASA) did not put drainage cover or it had stolen. That’s why water is over following on the main roads,. Many times residents complained to WASA and HMC but they are not taking any step to remove this problem.
Opinion:
Sindh Government, WASA and concerned department has failed to overcome the district problems, Chikungunya , Dengue Fever and other problem and disease is increasing day by day but concerned department have closed their eyes from this fact.
Residents appealed from Chief Minister of Sindh Murad Ali Shah to resolve their problems and provide a sigh of relief.
