I Want To Contest Elections From Karachi: Atiqa Odho

Pakistan TV actress and host Atiqa Odho has said that she is still a member of former President Pervez Musharraf political party All Pakistan Muslim Leagues (APML) and she wants to contest next general elections from Karachi. She added that she has not left APML and could not think of joining any other political party.

Atiqa Odho who was born in Karachi has now moved to Karachi again to complete her projects and would soon return to Lahore. She said that Pakistan needs a true leader and Musharraf is the right man.

Atiqa Odho was caught with two bottles of liquor at the Benazir International Airport Islamabad while travelling to Karachi in June last year.

It is to be mentioned that TV related person Khushbakht Shujaat was elected as MNA from constituency No 250 Karachi-XII in General Election in 2008 on the ticket of Muttahida Quami Movement (MQM).
