IHC Charged Shuhada Foundation For Filing An Unnecessary Plea

IHCIslamabad: The Islamabad High Court (IHC) has charged the Shuhada Foundation for filing an unnecessary plea against the live coverage of the continuing protest of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). According to the details, Justice Athar Minallah rejected the petition which was filed by Shuhada Foundation of Pakistan Trust (SFPT) and directed to deposit security bond of Rs5, 000 with the missing persons ‘ of Defence of Human Rights Organisation.

Tariq Asad advocate filed a petition with the claim that PTI’s sit-in in Islamabad has become a musical concert where people are people are staying with their families for fun and entertainment because they are trying to draw people’s attention and attraction with performances of top singers and celebrities. He also said they are used to start songs and dances during a break of speeches of PTI’s leaders due to which crowd is enjoying there from evening to mid night.
