Imtiaz Super Market Cashier Caught Stealing 

On last Friday i.e. 8th December me and my family were doing shopping at Imtiaz Super Market Gulshan Branch. After the billing when the cashier handed over the shoppers to my father, my father saw one of our PACKED shopper which had the things that were ADDED TO THE BILL, under the counter.

Means after adding everything to the bill he separated one of the shoppers and hid it under the counter and handed all the shoppers (except that one) and the bill to my father. My father saw that and asked him if we are done and he said yes and then my father asked WHAT ABOUT THAT ONE (pointing towards the shopper he separated) he said OH THATS ALSO YOURS and smiled and at that very moment my father got angry because of his smile and scolded the cashier. My father saw him doing the same with other customers.

So guys please be careful while billing and keep an eye on the cashier and check the bill and your stuff before leaving.

They have video recordings of each checkout counter. If you face such issues, go to the branch and ask customer service to help. You will get the support you need. I have a personal experience where the cashier mistakenly charged 2 items instead of one. I discovered after coming home. Went back there the next day, explained the problem showing the receipt. They checked video recording of that counter at that time to verify my claim and I got a refund.

This happens with me too. I saw the packing guy hide the shopper while packing my grocery but i thought thats someone else. But my all frozen stuff was not at home when i unpacked my grocery at home although the items were added in my bill.

Someone also replied to him:

Now they have video recording. Take your slip show them that this is charged but not there. Happened with me also. Baby oil creams etc were missing they checked on security recordings and immediately gave me all the stuff.
