By highlighting the Palestinian flags, Islamic University has hurt the sentiments of Palestinian who have become great victim of Israel’s attacks. Students protested against Israel Culture Event along with members of an Islamic Political Party and demanded to end this event by holding banners and signboards against Israel Culture Event and University’s management in front of the University’s building. It is worth mentioning that this event was held with the help of University’s management who gave silly reasons and tried to convince the students for the event. Students and other public who have gathered against this event did not convince by the management at which University administration had to stop the event.
In the meantime, political and religious parties also got angry when they came to know about this event as well as pictures of flags of Israel, Prime minister of Israel and banners of Israeli products which was organized by Israeli Custom and Culture also hurt the feelings of many Muslims who are fully aware about the oppression of Israeli over Palestine.
The International Islamic University, Islamabad (IIUI) has suspended three staff members of university.
