According to Dr. Najma Ali, we were expecting baby on Saturday (8 October 2016) as she has given a date for the operation. But on Friday my wife is going through unbearable pain, so we rush to the hospital and admit her at 12:30 pm. From 12:30 pm – 7:00 pm Jamal Noor’s staff was I don’t know what they were doing. They didn’t inform doctor (Dr. Najma Ali) till 7:00 pm.
On the other side, Dr. Najma Ali also had a tragedy, her husband was injured in an accident, so hospital informed us that Dr. Najma Ali won’t came today and said “DOSRI BARI DOCTOR AIN GI”. This is the height of unprofessionalism of Jamal Noor Hospital. My wife was bearing that pain till 12:30 am. Just imagine she was bearing that pain for 12 hours. At 12:30 am Jamal Noor’s totally unprofessional, unethical, incompetent staff took my wife to labor room (keeping in mind still no doctor was arranged).
After half an hour they called Dr. Shahida Khalid, she came and scolded staff member and take my wife immediately to operation theater and took my dead baby out. Again their staff take my baby to NICU and just put dead body of my baby and start planning that how we can get out from this situation, I and my family were insisting that what happened, please tell us what the hell is happening, no one is answering anything.
So I decided to enter in NICU to ask them directly, even they are not answering me. I was get shocked when I see my little angel, she was totally blue and was not breathing, I asked them what you guys did, they were saying “Sir! Yehi hy, yehi hua hy. Humain to aisi halat may hi mili.” You guys can’t imagine what is my feeling, how scattered I am. I was totally blanked, not a single word I can say or listen.
– Dr. Shahida Khalid saying, isko 1 week pehle operate hona tha, Dr. Najma Ali ne 8 days late kia hy. Even I am in the hospital since morning, no one informs me, else I will take care of this as soon you arrived.
– Dr. Najma Ali said “Nobody inform me. Hospital calls me at 7:00 pm that your patient is in the hospital.”
– We were continuously asking about the doctor and staff with full pride “sab hum hi kartay hain, hain pata hy sab kuch.”
– From 8:00 pm, hospital staff continuously checking and performing an ultrasound and even 12:00 am they were saying everything is normal, we can hear the heartbeat of the baby.
– From the time of admission (12:30 pm) till 12:00 am. The hospital staff was saying we are in contact with doctor and doctor is saying I have informed at 7:00 pm.
– Everyone is hiding each other asses. I have no clue what to do. To whom I will ask for help. How can I take action against killers of my little angel?
P.S. please remember my family and especially my wife in your prayers, she saw each and everything in operation theater. Hospital staff has ruined everything in labor room. That’s why they called Dr. Shahida Khalid so she can cover their useless asses.
