Lack of Managerial and Enterprises Skill In Pakistan

In Pakistan there is a dearth of managerial and enterprising skill. Unless the enterprisers know their own jobs well they cannot successfully manage the industries and depend on paid managers who are not experts in their jobs.

In fact our enterprisers should employ technically qualified graduates and send them so foreign countries for training. Instead of doing so what actually happens in Pakistan is that engineering graduates, and technicians and skilled workers are exported as commodity to foreign countries to go and serve in those countries to earn foreign exchange and remit it to Pakistan. This sort of brain drain should be stopped.
