Ladies Under Garments Ads In Pakistani Newspapers, Magazines

From the last few months ladies undergarments advertisement are coming in different newspapers, magazine and many other places in Pakistan. It now looks that advertisers does not care of any religious, cultural or social values. PEMRA has also done nothing in this regard, the department failed to controlled obscenity on television as well as on print media.

Most of the marketing of any products revolves around women. In most of the Advertisements and TV Commercials (TVC) women are shown in very awkward manner. It looks that women are not human beings and they are only tools which are used in advertisements for attracting people.

It is also the mistake of those newspapers, magazine and TV channels which accept of these type of vulgar advertisements, they should reject these Ads.  Government of Pakistan and Supreme Court of Pakistan should take notice of this serious issue which is hurting our religious and cultural values.
