Pakistan’s credible and honest journalists/media persons Talat Hussain, Ansar Abbasi, columnist Orya Maqbool Jan, analyst Sarwar Bari were guest in 8PM with Fareeha Idrees show on Waqt TV. The show is hosted by Fareeha Idrees. During the show Malala Yosufzai book “I am Malala” was discussed.
Fareeha in the beginning of the show said that one side sees Malala Yousufzai as inspiration for Pakistanis whereas other side believe that Malala is being used by western countries.
Talat Hussain said that this is not Malala book as 16-year-old girl cannot write a book when we see Malala background (her school life). He added that the question is who has written Malala’s book. Talat said that Malala is used by those who are not against pakistan’s interest. Ansar Abbasi also agreed with Talat Hussain’s view.
Analyst Sarwar Bari said that he does not agree with Talat and Ansar. He said that there is mindset which thinks that all these things are conspiracy and they don’t research on these issues. Sarwar said that is there any proof that Malala has not written this book.
