Maulana Ilyas Qadri Brief Biography and Achievements

Maulana Ilyas Qadri Rizvi is a religious leader and founder of Dawat-e-Islami and was born on 1950 on 26th of Ramadan 1369 A.H in Karachi, Pakistan. He is the son of Amir-e-Ahl-e-Sunnat who died in 1951 during Haj Pilgrimage as his father was lived in the village of Kutiyana in Junagarh, India.

Ameer e Ahle Sunnat Maulana Ilyas Qadri Razvi is talent as he got his youth knowledge from the books and the Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Shaykh Mufti Waqar ud Din Qadri Razavi as he spent 22 years under the guidance of the outstanding Mufti and was adorned with the honor of being his Khalifah. Due to his massive passion for analysis and endless collaboration with the prominent scholars Hazrat Allama Maulana Ilyas Rizvi got well aware with the sacred Islamic decree, principles and moral codes.

Maulana IIyas Qadri Rizvi is an author of Master of Madinah, The Comforter of the Hearts, The Prophet of Rahmah, The Intercessor of Ummah, The Distributor of Na’mah, and The Owner of Jannah as he is one of the eminent authors in his colleagues. Maulana IIyas Qadri Rizvi writes on any topic with perfection and flawlessness as this is the main reason which inspired people towards his books.

By the Grace of Allah, Ameer e Ahle Sunnat Hazrat Allama Maulana Ilyas Qadri’s sermons and lectures catch a lasting impression and affection on the hearts of Muslims. Furthermore, his recorded speeches are available on audio cassettes and CDs and released by Maktaba tul-Madinah as they are also broadcast on Dawat-e-Islami’s Madani Channel.

Ameer e Ahle Sunnat Hazrat Allama Maulana Ilyas Qadri Rizvi is known as Ashiq e Madinah and his life is an example of following the Sunnahs because of his deep and intense love for the Makki Madani Mustafa as he is the Khalifah of Grand Mufti of Pakistan, Shaykh Mufti Waqar-ud-Din. Ameer e Ahle Sunnat Hazrat Allama Maulana Ilyas Qadri Rizvi started significant organization called Dawat-e-Islami for the propagation of Quranic knowledge and Sunnah in 1980.
