Meat Prices Hike Due to Recklessness In Sindh

Hyderabad local meat sellers have increased the meat prices. Beef meat from Rs. 520 to Rs. 570 and mutton from Rs. 850 to Rs. 900 per kilogram in Hyderabad and Karachi after hike in petroleum prices. District Coordination Officer DCO Sajid Zafar price fixed beef meat at Rs. 500 and mutton at Rs. 830.

For the first time in Sindh mutton prices touched 900 and beef 600. Meat consumers of Karachi and Hyderabad complained against meat sellers. Further they do not display the price list.

Opinion

Local administration and concerned department should take action against meat sellers against those who are selling at high prices. Further they should try hard to control the meat prices.
