Meera Declines To Come Pakistan – Will Stay In India

Pakistani actress Meera has decided not come back to Pakistan and will remain in India. Meera said that there has never been justice to her in Pakistan. She said that Government and directors have given importance to those artists, actors, actresses who are of no worth. Controversial actress revealed that she was harassed by Government on many occasions. 

The 37-year-old actress said that I have come from Pakistan to India in protest. She said that first government official disturbed her and now they are harassing her family. Meera said that some time she is called tax evader and sometime she is called vulgar.

Film star said that she will also take her family to India and she will only return to Pakistan if concerned people apologies to her. She said in India she is given respect and her she works in a comfortable manner. Meera has worked in a Bollywood film ‘Nazar’ in 2005 and her second movie was Kasak starring Lucky Ali. Her third film ‘Paanch Ghantey Mien Paanch Crore’ also didn’t did not do well at the Box Office.

Meera recently announced that she will remake the Bollywood hit movie Pakeezah. However Late filmmaker Kamal Amrohi’s son Tajdar Amrohi has denied that he has given the remake rights of his father’s 1972 Meena Kumari-starrer Pakeezah to Meera.
