Notice of Warning Mobile Jammers, Suppliers, Installers and Users
All concerned are hereby warned that:
Use of mobile jamming devices is prohibited in Pakistan. Its import and installation is only allowed after clearance from Ministry of Information technology (MoIT) and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA).
Only PTA approved jammers are allowed to be installed.
Dismantle and remove illegal jammers from places with immediate effect.
In case any such unauthorised and illegal jammer is found, strict legal action shall be initiated against the violator under provisions of Pakistan Telecommunication (Re-Organisation) Act of 1996 and Directives, Guidance issued by Ministry of Information Technology (MoIT).
