Chaudhry Zahid Akram is a candidate from Bahawalnagar. He is a member of 16th Assembly who time period is from the year 2013 till date. His father Haji Muhammad Akram was also an active politician of provincial level and had been selected for different official positions. His father had been a member of Provincial Assembly of Punjab from 1985-1997 and again from the year 2005 till 2008 he presented his services as A Tehsil Nazim of Local Government. He is a devoted and pious Muslim and takes has interests in helping the poor community and social reforms.
