MQM Announces Candidates Name For Senate Election 2012

Karachi: Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) has also announced nominees for upcoming senate election. According to reports, MQM gave eight names for this election. Former Nazim and Naib-Nazim of Karachi, Syed Mustafa Kamal and Nasreen Jalil are also in this list.

Naila Latif and Nasreen Jalil will contest for women seats while Barrister Dr. Mohammad Farogh Naseem and Omar Sherzai got ticket for technocrat seats.

ON General Seats, Syed Mustafa Kamal, Kunwar Khalid Yunus and Kanwar Naveed Jameel will contest. MQM awarded Arif Masih for minority seat. On other hand, MQM is also dealing with PPP on senate elections.
