Karachi: Mohajir Qaumi Movement (Haqiqi) leader and in charge of Women Wings Nida Fatima said while addressing to the protestors that Geo has done shameful act in order to defame our Pakistani military due to which mothers and sisters are here to protest against this disgraceful act of Geo. She said that those who do this type of offensive actions should be deported from the country.
Nida Fatima said that Afaq Ahmed has made many sacrifices and always stand against wrongdoers as he did not support anyone who are doing wrong with their country and supporting the directions of foreign countries. Karachi Committee member Aftab Husn said that we are against the enemies of country and terrorists, and we know how to deal with them. He added that Geo is the part of the media as our leaders were getting murder day by day and we all knew who the murderers are. Even Geo was very afraid to show the name of their reporter Wali Khan Babar’s murderers. Atab Husn said that we are not against the journalists as journalists do their work by putting their lives into risk but some of them are running the agenda of the foreigners to make them happy for their own benefits and profits.
MQM-H’s Vice Chairman Shamshad Khan Ghori said that Pakistani nation are patriotic and will not bear any conspiracy against Pakistan and some are trying to make another state in the state of Jung group as they have also failed in their own conspiracy. Shamshad Khan Ghori expressed these thoughts while addressing to the protesters at the I.I. Chandigarh Road in front of Jung building. He also told that we are not here by our own but Najam Sethi has called us, he blamed MQM-H that they work for agency. MQM-H MPA said that if we work for any agency then we be supported and backing up instead of murdering our leaders brutally everywhere and also our members were not facing the jail for many years.
Shamshad Khan Ghori said we have complaints with the Courts as we were hoping from the former Chief Justice but our expectations were not completed by the Court. He further added that Najam Sethi, Hamid Mir and including other journalists are funded by the secret agency and to make foreign agencies happy they are making conspiracy against our Pakistani military as they have failed in their own plans. Vice Chairman of MQM-H said that Jung Group has to beg for pardon from the Pakistani military as long as they do not ask for forgiveness from military; the protest and boycott against Geo will be going on.
