Dr Murad Rass is a highly qualified politician belonging to right wing political party Pakistan Tehreek e Insaf led by a famous cricketer and World Cup winning captain Imran Khan, who is also famous for his welfare work and as a chancellor of Bradford University. His current official position is Member of Special Committee No 1, Chairperson of Co-operatives and a Member of Education. He belongs to constituency PP-152 (Lahore-XVI).
Dr Murad Rass was born in Gujrat on 6th June 1969. He is married and living a harmonious life with his family. He has raised one child. Academically he is a qualified person who has done Ph.D. in Business Administration. By profession he is a landlord. His father Raas Mahmood is also a respectable personality in his community. Dr Murad Rass believes in change of public conditions. He has played important roles in implementing PTI’s Education agendas. He has been a strong voice for making the system of education better. He has also held position in external body; an organization called Bank West where he served for 10 years as Senior Vice President from the year 1997-2007.
