Nawab Sher Waseer Declared Ineligible by High Court

Lahore: Lahore High Court (LHC) declared Nawab Sher Waseer disqualified for his National Assembly post, AwamiPolitics reported. He owns illegal property, LHC told in verdict. On other hand, his false statement was reason which caused him Ineligible.

Malik Nawab Sher Waseer was elected MNA from NA-76, Faisalabad. He won 2008 General Election on Pakistan Peoples Party Parliamentarians (PPPP) ticket. His National Assembly seat circle was strongest area of Pakistan Muslim League. Malik won this seat due to inside conflicts between Q-League and N-League.

Residents of Jaranwala are also not happy with recent performance of their MNA and this verdict is taking as good decision. It’s also important to mention here that Munir Ahmed from NA76 challenged Nawab Sher Eligibility in Court. Sher Waseer hasn’t commented on this judgment.
