Islamabad: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif also becomes victim of social website controversies. His fake twitter account handle with 12263 followers. And according to the account, Nawaz Sharif follows 210 people and so far has tweeted 508 times. A week back, detailed explanation in the regard was released by the PM’s house.
The need of the official statement came upon when one of the television show giving reference of the PM’s twitter handle that stated the PM to soon address the public to take the masses into confidence. Several PML-N leaders have been victims of the ‘fake’ twitter handles including the journalists and various figures from different fields. [alert style=”white”] Many of them are following the fake account, including Nawaz Sharif’s daughter, Maryam Nawaz. [/alert]
The media men tried approaching Information and Technology Minister Anusha Rehman and Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA)’s Chairman Syed Ismail Shah to know their opinions, but their numbers went busy and no contact could made with them.
