Nawaz Sharif To Inaugurate Rawalpindi Metro Bus On 23rd March

Metro Bus ServiceIslamabad: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif is all set to inaugurate Rawalpindi Metro Bus on 23rd March as Prime Minster and other national figures will travel in Metro Bus. According to the details, Prime Minister will inaugurate Metro Bus service on Pakistan Military Day which is going to be held after seven years as crossroads of Peshawar Motor Metro Bus Track and Agha Shahi Raod Ibn-e-Seena will be decorated beautifully till 23rd March.

In this regard, a summary has been sent for approval to Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif as according to which a project will start worth Rs 80 billion in which Kashmir Highway will join from IG Principal Road in order to facilitate heavy traffic at these roads. It is pertinent to mention that this project will complete in the end of this year according to Metro Bus project after approval of Chief Minister.

On the other hand, sources are also claiming that Metro Bus service cannot start from 23rd March because basic structure of the project has not completed yet. However deadline of 10 March has also given for the completion of the structure but no bus station can be completed according to deadline because consultant has not finalized features of design.
