Nawaz Sharif’s Assets Worth Rs 1.80 Billion

nawaz sharif propertiesIslamabad: Election Commission (ECP) has released the list of assets possessed by the National and Provincial members of the assembly. According to the details, Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif possesses assets over worth Rs 1.80 billion while Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan has assets of 50 million and 93 lacs.

According to the list published on the Election Commission (ECP) website, of the assets possessed by the Provincial and National Assembly members, Nawaz Sharif has assets over Rs 1824044233. The assets declared by the Prime Minister entail all the factories, agricultural lands, industries and bank accounts.

While, the PTI Chief Imran Khan, possesses assets worth Rs 59350582. The declared assets include his privately owned cars, agricultural lands and bank accounts.

Amin Fahim, one of the prominent leaders of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) his possessions have not been declared. Yet he is said to own a farm house in Rawalpindi. A flat is owned by the leader in Dubai worth 22 lacs Dirham. While under his name is property for his children that costs up to 6 crore and 30 lacs Rs, including 5 posh bungalows and 306 hectares land.

Assets of Farooq Sattar, former MQM’s Rabta committee member have been declared as 36 lacs Rs, 41 thousand and 168 Rs. While, Maulana Fazlur-Rehman of Jamiat Ulmema-e-Islam (JUI-F) assets are Rs. 73 lacs, 18 thousand and 380 Rs. Out of the total amount, 16 lacs, 8 thousand and 380 rupees are deposited in the bank accounts.
