Why You Should Not Eat Raw Eggs?

Eggs are beneficial for human health because they are rich in proteins. Athletes and body builders usually consume eggs daily to gain energy and muscles.

Body builders also eat raw eggs in breakfast and after workout but raw eggs are contaminated with harmful bacteria.

They cause diarrhea, fever, nausea and headache.  It is because of Salmonella which is a harmful bacteria and start affecting your health after 10-24 hours.

But the risk of being affected is very low because only 1 out of 30,000 eggs are contaminated. But infants, children and elderly women are more prone to health problems.
