Palestinian Government Forcefully Occupies The Land Of Tameem Ad-Dari

Tameem Ad Dari is a renowned companion of Prophet (PBUH) who left Christianity and accepted Islam at the hands of Muhammad (PBUH). During his lifetime Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) gifted him some land in the Palestinian city of Al-Khalil which is also known as Hebron.

Now the Palestinian government and president Mahmoud Abbas is forcefully taking & occupying the land from the family of the sahabi and wants to gift it to Russia where they are planning to build a Church.

There have been protests in the city from many weeks and the Palestinian authorities have arrested several protestors and are forcing the family of the companion to leave the ownership of the land.

Prophet Muhammad ﷺ wrote a letter giving the land to Tameem ad Dari and declared that the lands will be transferred to the family members and heirs of Tameem Ad-Dari, it is said that the letter was written by Ali (ra).

During the Caliphate of Umar the territory came under muslim ruler and according to the letter of Prophet (PBUH) it was given to Tameem Dari and from that day till today it remained a property of the tribe of Tameem Ad-Dari.
