PEMRA Will Not Allow Bol News To Launch

PEMRA-Bol TVAfter appearing a scandal against Pakistan’s famous IT Company Axact, Information Minsitry has directed Pakistan Electronic Media Regulatory Authority (PEMRA) to not allow launching of Bol TV of Axact Company. According to the details, Secretary of Information ordered PEMRA under section 5 in order to stop launching of Bol TV which is all set to start from 1st of Ramadan this year.

Although, Bol TV was about to launch on 14th August but due to the recent controversial situation of the Bol TV’s parents Axact Group, the CEO of the company Shoaib Shaikh announced to launch their most awaited channel from 1st of Ramadan. However, FIA has taken Shoaib Shaikh including other employees of the company after raided the company few days ago.

While considering the controversial situation of Axact Company, information ministry has sent a letter to PEMRA and asked them to stop launch of Bol TV. It is such a bad news for Axact Company and Bol TV itself that Bol TV which was claiming to be the biggest media enterprise got banned before its transmission. It is worth mentioning here that Axact Company is blamed for providing fake certificates on the name of foreigners Universities which was declared by the leading Newspaper of US “The New York Times”.
