Lahore: Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) pilots declined to fly from Lahore to New York, owing to the breakfast issues, resulting in various passengers to limit themselves to airport. According to the sources, the PIA aircraft PK 711 had to fly at 6:15 am from Lahore to New York.
But the flight captains Sohail Baloch and assistant pilot Naushad Ali declined to fly the aircraft owing to the non-provision of the hot snacks. Due to this, the passengers had to face delay in their flights, resorting to the airport for several hours.
After the event, PIA administration brought the demanded snack stuff from a local hotel. A special vehicle was run for the purpose. It was after 3 hours delay that aircraft took off to the destination.
It is pertinent here to mention that internationally, 4 hours earlier before the take off, checking for the flights are held. The passengers had arrived at the airport 2 hours prior to the reporting time. But, the poor passengers bore the consequences, waiting for the fly at the airport for 7 hours.
The experienced people made it to fulfilling the demands at the cost of causing inconvenience to number of people.

There is no such a thing as ETHICS or Code of Conduct in PIA. The pilots think themselves as the gods and can get away with any and every violation.
Mea 100% sure hon k ye khuch aur mamla hai! Pilot 400 passengers ke sath Aisa nhi kar sakta! Ussey bhi to flying ( JOB) karni hai! Dono taraf ki baat sunn k faisla karna chahee.
