PPP Jahangir Badar Son Fined For Using Mobile Phone While Driving

Lahore: PPP member, Jehangir Badar’s son was fined Rs.500 today by the traffic police man when he was
found using his mobile phone while driving in the locality of defence area. According to the details, Zaib Badar was passing through the defence area in a government car when he was held charged for overruling the law. The traffic policeman  on duty caught him and fined him.

Jehangir Badar is the Secretary General of the PPP and has served as a former Federal Minister and an MNA from NA-120 in the past.

In 2010, Badar had been acquitted by the NAB court in cases of misuse of authority and illegal appointments. The court rejected the references against him, while a case of hiding his property value to avoid tax is still under inquiry.
