PPP Leader Jamshed Dasti – Another Controversial Leader

Pakistan Peoples Party leader Jamshed who tendered his resignation from National Assembly and PPP on Wednesday (11th January) has withdrawn his resignation as MNA and member of PPP. President of Pakistan Asif Ali Zardari sister Faryal Talpur succeeded wooing back Jamshed Dasti into the party and withdraw his parliamentary resignation.

Jamshed Dasti who was disqualified by the Supreme Court from the National Assembly for having a fake graduate degree said that President of Pakistan should not avoid appearing before the court. He added that history records that Caliphs appeared before courts in the Islamic era.

A man living in Jamshed Dasti constituency (NA-178) said that it seems that Jamshed Dasti only wanted to come in news as all the news channel on 11th January was focusing on ISPR hard hitting press release related to Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani remarks therefore it was PPP clever move to get Jamshed Dasti news in limelight and release the pressure of ISPR statement but they failed to do so.
